Upcoming NG/Pokemon Crossover Game

I'm currently working on a Newgrounds/Pokemon crossover game due for release sometime June if not sooner. The story is pretty simple, you play as Tom Fulp and battle across the world of Newgrounds to become King of the Portal with rival Strawberry Clock hot on your trail. In this world you don't catch Pokemon, you catch Memes. Some of which include Troll, Lol Cat, Awesome Face, and of course Mudkip. I won't go into full detail now, but what I will say is that I can't do this alone. That's right Newgrounds, I need YOU. What I'm looking for are pixel artists, programmers, and story writers. The pixel artists must be able to make buildings and objects that resemble the ones in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald without completely copying them. The programmers must know how to code for an RPG, that means turn style battles, random damage counters, and critical as well as weakness and strength hits. What I'm looking for as far as writers go are people with a sense of humor as well as a serious passion for story telling and follow through. The current Tom sprite below. I may change it later on so tell me what you think.

UPDATE 4/14/11 - The sheet now has front and back walking sprites as well as a beta head for the left/right walking sprites. Half way there I suppose.

you need a pixel artist you say? If you look at my profile and go to my art I have some pixel art on there. I made it like 5 years ago and I have improved alot since then. I'm most proud of my strongbad and friends.
